D/B/A BANK OF AMERICA HOME LOANS ( hereinafter " CWHL '' ) at ( - ) - or ( - ) - about BANA and/or CWHL not complying with Federal Law when BANA and/or CWHL has never properly sent or shipped any " NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT, SALE, OR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF MORTGAGE LOAN '' ( hereinafter " NOTICE '' ) ( open " First Attachment '' ), dated - -, -, even though BANA and/or CWHL claims that the Creditor is not BOFA MERRILL LYNCH ASSET HOLDINGS, INC.? - constantly calls BANA and/or CWHL to produce all new " NOTICES '' under Federal Law from the last time BANA or CWHL officially shipped a " NOTICE '' on - -, -. BANA and/or CWHL employees, representative, agents, and managers give - the runaround, BANA and/or CWHL never responds, calls, faxes, or emails -. - also gets numerous amounts of Reference Numbers, Request ID Numbers, and Case Numbers, that BANK and/or CWHL never, ever addresses or properly responds too. BANA and/or CWHL hopes - goes away by constantly and intentionally ignoring - 'S ongoing request for BANA and/or CWHL to produce all " NOTICES '' that took place from - -, - to - -, -.
