Pinnacle Credit services purchased an account from - - and has - trying to collect on an account that is from - that I paid to -. Pinnacle Credit - is reporting this account on my Credit reports with the - Credit Reporting Agencies and told me to contact - - - who told me that the account was sold to Pinnacle Credit Services on -/-/-. Pinnacle is reporting that this account was opened on -/-/- which is not true and a violation of the FCRA. I was never notified as required by the FCRA, FCDPA before this account was reported on my credit reports.
