- - turned an overdue bill over to Optimum Outcomes on -/-/- for $230.00. On -/-/- - was paid and they requested Optimum Outcomes to return the account, ( - ). The recent credit report still shows that the Optimum Outcomes have it as an outstanding debt, when in fact it is not. Optimum Outcomes shows a zero balance so they need to remove the entry from my credit report. - - -
