Nationstar Mortgage Mortgage department,
FHA mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Utah
My mother and I are currently in the middle of a bankruptcy. We are being contacted by representatives of our mortgage company saying that we are being foreclosed on. We had communicated with our mortgage company several times that we would prefer a deed in-lieu process. Our mortgage company claimed we were assigned to an expert that would help us in this process. The expert has never made contact with us and attempts from us to contact the expert resulted in automated emails or voice messages claiming the expert was on vacation or unavailable. I called our mortgage company by phone and I was told by a representative that the expert could not help us and we would have to apply for a modification before going through a deed in-lieu. We applied - times for a modification process and our mortgage company continually denied our modification claiming that we did not provide paperwork despite proof presented that all paperwork was turned in with certified delivery. The mortgage company has made no effort to accept a deed in-lieu and is continuing with foreclosure proceedings. Our bankruptcy lawyer has also made no attempt to contact us or help us regarding this issue.
