Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Florida

Every time I have attempted to receive my credit report online from Equifax they will not release it for view. They constantly require that I send many copies of information by mail and I still have no confidence they will release the information as a free report. Both - and - are never a problem when I view my report online. What is wrong with Equifax? Since this is a continuing issue it leaves me with the belief they are looking for a way to get around offering a free report, maybe you can tell me.
