we have been trying to refiance since last -.we sent in everything that they requested from us, now today I get a letter stating that since I have not been late with my payment of which is - every month at - interest rate that I do n't gualify we liveon a fixed income of pension from my husband and social security for - us besides we have - mortgage the second is - so I pay every month - every month besides our every month bills all I want is to reduce our interest so we can survive a little better we ca n't get help from harp and - act of which I do n't understand why please can you help us -.
