Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Washington

I tried to apply for a credit dispute and could not even see my report because when asked about possible loans on my report, I had no information of them and no memory of getting a loan. I 'm - and it said that there were loans as old as 2011 that I had no idea about onb my report that I ca n't see.
