Chase bank has aided and abetted - to defraud my credit card account, which money was lender to me by Chase on a high interest rate, by refusing to investigate a fraudulent transaction on my Chase credit card. I have filed a dispute to Chase about the transaction and I spoke with - - - whom we have explained what happened and shown evidence of the court docket and declaration of our lawyer as a proof that the transaction was fraudulent and the contract with - was breached. I have requested Chase to get back my stolen money from the merchant, but Chase refused to protect me and took the merchant 's side, just because of their unlawful interest is to make more money by collecting the high interest rates over the $3500.00 that was defrauded from me. After that my husband has contacted - company to inform them that the charges have been dropped to a - and ask them about the new condition of the
- - - - has failed to post his bail bond to the court, as agreed, which is totally a violation of the contract and of my husband 's freedom by not informing my husband that his bail is no more required by the court. Due to this their fraudulent intention, we assumed that my husband is still on bail and for that reason he could not travel for business oversees or out of state. On - -, - court date, my husband 's lawyer, - - requested the court to waive the bail on my husband, and that 's when we found out that my husband has not been on bail. The court had no information about - posting any bond on behalf of my husband as - have claimed. Due to this reasons - breached and violated our contract with them and took the $3500.00 without earning it. We have tried to contact them several times asking for a refund but they refused to cooperate and hanged the phone on us.
