Credit line increase/decrease Connecticut
Synchrony Bank has been lowering the limits on all of my accounts that I have with them without notifying me. I find out about it when I view and pay my bills online. They hurt my credit by lowering my limits. My score drops and then they use the lowered score to drop my limits again. It 's a never ending cycle. It 's an unfair practice and illegal for them not to first notify me that they are lowering my limits. They say they have sent me notices but to this day -/-/2016 I have not received a single one.
