I 've called and called and called and called and called sooooo many times about this account, still no luck. This account was opened fraudulently and I 've reported it several times and called about this credit card dozens of times. It seems that I get put on hold for long times, transferred around to different departments, my calls get disconnected, I get told different answers/responses, and so on. This company is going to have a lawsuit if they can not process a dispute correctly. I am so lost and do not know what to do, I ca n't get through to anyone. I 've been dealing with this for almost two years now. I ca n't seem to get a solid answer about this account nor will this bank remove it from my name. They claim I opened it because of payments that were applied to this account that I did n't make. I 've made a large payment recently to pay off the balance but they returned my check because there was no account found to the check, false. I have a checking account with - and it is open, they just refused the check. So either way,


is not accessible by them and that they have to get me to a different dept. that ca n't access my account either. So it 's like I am stuck in a hole and ca n't get out! At this point, I feel that Chase does n't want to assist me with this matter and that they do n't want to take a loss. But I have every right to request for this to be removed from my liability since I did not open it. Furthermore, my drivers license ID was stolen around the same timeframe for this matter. I 've even tried disputing the charges to get them removed, still they denied it. Just because the information on credit card applications and ID 's match does NOT mean that it is me, it could be someone that looks like me. WHICH IS ID THEFT!!!!
