We have - cd 's representing - clients that have irrevocable funeral trust agreements with us that Chase Bank, - - - -, - WI has sent the funds to the WI Unclaimed Property. We have made an effort with the Unclaimed Property people and they say Chase Bank has to file paper work to recover the funds back to the bank. The people at Chase Bank are unwilling to cooperate with us. Is there anyway you can encourage them to cooperate. This is not fair to the families that have entrusted Chase Bank to safeguard their funds for their funeral services. This whole issue has happened with our funeral home and Chase Bank in the past. This is the first time they refuse to assist. They evidently no longer wish to have irrevocable funeral trusts.
