They have stated that they are applying payments in accordance with my promissory note, but refuse to give me a copy of any of the documentation. On - -, I asked for copies of my signed origination documents, promissory note, terms, etc,. copies of any and all paperwork I have with the company. On - -, I received an email ( ref. CID : - ) from - that stated " We have received your request for documents and forwarded them to the correct department for review. These documents will be emailed to the address that we have on file in 1-2 business days. '' It is now - -, 2016. I have not received any documents.
