Experian refuses to refund charges to my credit card for a membership I canceled 39 minutes after I was notified of it. They continued to bill my credit card for -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/- and -/-/- even after I clearly rejected their membership on - -, 2016. They have denied my claim and my appeal saying I never canceled the membership. Hopefully the attachment showing the e-mail proves my case if it attached correctly. I understand I 'm not the only person having problems with Experian. I think this is how they make their money. They are not honest and upfront. They should be honest and explain in better detail what they are doing or trying to do behind your back. I never logged in or used their services in any way. I ignored all their e-mails and attempts to get me to log in or use their services.
