Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Missouri

Equifax claimed ( for at least the third year in a row ) it could not authenticate me online when I tried retrieving my free annual report from -. Attached are the verification questions they asked. The answers to ALL of them are " None of the above '' and this is how I answered. I believe Equifax is either systemically denying all requests from certain debtors for what may be discriminatory or other unlawful reasons, or to discourage requests for FACT Act disclosures in favor of their paid products. This has reached the point where I feel I must request more be done than just goad them into sending the report as they have in previous years. They must take concrete steps to resolve this issue once and for all.
