An application was submitted several months ago and denied. Recently, US Bank has called to say a loan has been approved. I waited several weeks but decided to go ahead since US Bank is a reputable bank. After having to pay several " fees '' through - cards, the company still has not granted the promised loan. When I requested the fees be refunded, they said they could n't until a last fee was paid. Apparently, even though I was able to reconnect with these people, they are not going to refund the amount paid or the loan. They said d it would take 45 days for a refund and yet they took the funds immediately. I want the fees refunded immediately.
