My mortgage servicing was transferred to Ditech from - -/-/-. I was due a 6th year Hamp incentive in - - of $5000.00 plus a reamoritzation as part of a law passed last year. I 'm getting nowhere. Ditech has never responded to my numerous requests for this incentive to be applied. I lodged a complaint with - - and now the servicer told them that I was 90 days late -/-/- and the treasury denied the incentive. It 's not true. I was given the $1000.00 all 5 years. I have records to prove I was never 90 days late since my Hamp incentive was finalized in -/-/-.
