Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

I have an acct with Harley Davidson Financial that was due -/-/-. On -/-/- I spoke with them and explained my situation to them and told them I would be making the payment on -/-/- over the internet. They accepted that date at that time. I have been missing numerous calls from them since then. At lease 6 a day. I have had the loan since -/-/- and asked them to remove my work number from their call list over a year ago. They called me at my place of employment twice last week. Yesterday - they called me 3 times. I answered the third call and they informed me that my acct was past due from -/-/- and asked if I could make a payment over the phone at that time. I told them that I had already set up an appointment to

( - - ). Again they told me my acct was past due from -/-/- and wanted to know if I could make a payment over the phone. Again for the 2nd time that same day told them I had already set up an appointment to pay online on -/-/-. I asked to speak with a supervisor to find out why I 'm getting 6 calls a day after I had made an appointment and they had accepted it. The supervisor told me that phone call was just a follow up call that they routinely do when an appointment to pay is 7 days or more out. I told him I did not believe that since the operator asked me if I could make a payment over the phone now. I also pointed out that I had already spoken with someone that morning and had already verified my appointment. I informed him at that time that I would be filing a complaint here for harassment. Then today -/-/- I get 3 more calls in which I am able to get away from work in order to answer the 3rd call. Again they inform me that my acct is past due from -/-/- and can I make a payment over the phone now. I again ( for the 4th time ) inform them that I already have an accepted appointment for -/-/- and would again like to speak to another supervisor. The supervisor tells me this is a follow up call to verify the appointment because the appointment is 7 days out. I explain to her that 7 days out was yesterday and that I had already had this exact same conversation with a different supervisor yesterday. She put me on hold and returned to the line. She said she could see all of the notes from -/-/- when I originally made the appointment and saw the calls and conversations from yesterday including the conversation with the other supervisor. She said she could also see the note where he told me I would not receive any further calls until after -/-/-. I also informed her that I would still be filing this complaint due to harassment. 6 phone calls from - to - - including - conversations was uncalled for and harassment, especially when I have an appointment already accepted by them.
