My mortgage company scheduled a foreclosure date on - -, 2016, after my documents were forwarded. All literature that was forwarded indicates that there is a thirty day time frame allotted for the short sale process. They have a short sale scheduled for - -, 2016 but the documentation deadline was - -, 2016. I faxed my documentation prior to - -, 2016, therefore, the turn around time should be - -, 2016. My real estate broker is - - of - - and his contact number is - and my title attorney is - - of - - and her contact number is -. My broker and title agent have been trying move forward on the short sale, however, Ocwen seems more interested in foreclosing on the property. The property is on - and there is an offer on the property but Ocwen is not counter offering, there is no BPO being done, nothing.
