Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Maryland

In - -, I contacted Bank of America and inquired about a missing credit charge card of mine. I inquired about a missing charge card of mine. I inquired into weather the card had been used and was told ( yes ), approximately ( - ) - - dollars. I screamed, I have never, ever in my - years charged on a credit card, any amount that I could n't pay off, within 30 days. I was than transferred to the " Fraud Dept '' and reported that my credit card was not in my possession and I never received any bills from them. I told them that all of the charges on this account were " unauthorized. '' My granddaughter spoke up and confessed that she had stolen my card and had been making charges and other transactions on this account and was interrupting my mail.

Lately this year, -, I have received notices that money is being taking out of my account. to include fines, overdraft fees and all and etc. these charges have been logged against me. I have over ( - ) - accounts with Bank of America, several CD 's. several checking accounts and savings accounts with them. Bank of America has been bleeding my accounts and compounding fraudulently charges against me. I am afraid that BOA is going to take my entire live 's savings, just because they feel that they can. Bank of America stated that they had reversed their decision and now wants to make me liable for these fraudulently/unauthorized charges., too include another unauthorized charge at " - '' on another - of my charge accounts.
