Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Louisiana

I tried to get my free credit report online I had to answer questions about stuff that is in my file and only i should know the answer i could n't answer because the questions were about a mortgage loan and payment I 've never had a mortgage loan and payment it also asked me about a jewelry card I have a card but not from the choices
