Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Louisiana

I tried to get my free credit report online and I had to answer questions that was supposed to be in my file and only i should know the answer well i could n't answer the questions because it asked me about a mortgage loan and payment I 've never had a mortgage loan and payment it also asked me about a jewelry card I have a card but not from the choices they gave me so they said that there 's a security issues
