Since -, we have been asking American Home Mortgage Servicing , Inc, now known as Homeward Residential ( servicer prior to Ocwen ), to provide evidence that - - Bank, - as trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust - was the owner of the note. Each time they sent us a copy of the note, it never included an allonge. But in -, AHMSI presented an allonge that was blank and a later allonge that was stamped. Once Ocwen became our servicer, we asked Ocwen to validate the debt. In a response from Ocwen, Ocwen states that they " would not be able to provide us with the original wet ink signature loan documents '', but an attorney for Ocwen claims to have the original wet ink signature loan documents.
