U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Us bank is denying me my welcome bonus offer on a credit card. Us bank customer service is horrible they are not giving me information i need about my account and they are not posting my payments to my account, yet they are taking my money. I opened a credit card account with usbank back in -. After spending a few thousand dollars on the account they shut me down as a credit risk. All I did was utilize my credit line. Nothing changed on me credit report before I applied and after. They just dont want to give me the bonus.
in and they keep on transferring the call the -, the credit analyst who originally shut down the account and put it in restrain. The - customer service reps ca n't get it straight that I am not calling about the restrained rather this fraud block. I am trying to figure out what happened to all the payments on made on the account. I made payments and they seem not be reflecting on the account. I need to know what 's going immediately. It appears the payments I have been making have not been credited to my account and as a result I have made more payments and by now I should have a large credit balance.
