Re : - - - Card ending -. This has been my - request to have this issue resolved without success, as this adverse reporting continues to cause me adverse results. This account was ALWAYS and ALREADY PAID in full prior to bankruptcy filing in -/-/- when it was inadvertently included in my bankruptcy and in FACT OVERPAID per bankruptcy ledger, as none was required. Notwithstanding, this bankruptcy was - on -/-/-. PLEASE DELETE per attached. Notwithstanding the most recent dispute submitted via - and documentary evidence submitted, as you will see on the next page, the incorrect adverse information is still being reported as of -/-/-.
