Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Ohio

For the past 4 years, I have had problems getting through the Equifax security questions. I CORRECTLY answer the questions - all answers are None-of-the-Above - and I am rejected and directed to apply by mail. The last time I did this, they LOST my report, either on their end or the US mail, and had to resend it so I will never resort to this method again. I never have this problem with either - or -.
