Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I submitted and FDCPA debt validation request to - - Credit Card, part of Synchrony bank for debt validation on the - of - -. The request had a 30 day time window on it, and was completely ignored by -. I submitted the second letter requesting debt validation to - on - of - -, and once again the request was willfully ignored. The first agent, - whom I spoke to in their collections department was verbally abusive and hung up on me. The second agent I spoke to - was as helpful as she could be but had no idea why they had n't responded to me, and sent me over to - customer service department. The agent in customer service was obviously outsourced and had no idea in the slightest what FDCPA even is. I advised the last - agents to please notate my account, and they told me that in addition to that, the calls are recorded. I understand that I need to report these violations to the proper Federal venues. Thank you.
