On -/-/2016 I received a call from - from a women who said she was calling from Bank of the West. She informed me that the she was calling customers because the bank had sent out promotional credit cards to their good customers, with 0 % interest for 6 months and that a lot of people were saying they never received anything. She asked if I had received a credit card in the mail. I told her I had not received any credit card. I assumed that this was a mistake, since there was nothing on my account online. She told me that the she would send out a new credit card and to expect it in 7 - 10 days. On -/-/2016 I noticed a new line of credit on my Bank of the West online account. - also sent me an email that there had been activity on my account. On -/-/2016 I called Bank of the West and I told them my story. They told me that I had signed up to their promotional credit card, which I never did. I told them I needed them to cancel the card and to report this to all credit


was lying and she actually signed me up for a credit card without my permission. I think this seems probable as her story, that the bank was giving out credit cards seems flawed, I 'm not a good bank customer. Although I have good credit on my bank account I routinely go negative balance. If that did n't happen and Bank of the West opened an account without my permission this is not okay as I never agreed to their credit card, the line of credit and their terms. They have a high interest rate on their credit card 19 % and only 6 months no interest promo, that 's pretty -. I have a - card with no interest 21 months, I would never get a Bank of the West credit card, makes no sense.
