I was dealing with Royal United Mortgage. A woman by the name of - - leaned on me for about 3 weeks to have an estimate on my house, - assured me that I would be on a fixed 4.25 % interest rate. After I spent $430.00. on an estimate ( she also lied about the cost ) ; they upped the interest rate to 5 + %.
