Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Tennessee

I was told the other day during a credit inquiry about a negative report from - that I think is incorrect. I went directly to -, but of course they want to charge me money. Instead I used - and submitted my info. I selected that I wanted all three reports, but once I hit enter- I was automatically sent only to Equifax where I filed my dispute. When I tried to return to access the - site, I had to completely start over with filling in my info at -. THis time I specified that I only wanted to go to - but once I reached the site and filled in my info AGAIN, they were having 'technical difficulties ' an were unable to process my request. Okay- so I went back to - and this time I filled in my husband 's info so I could go back to Equifax and dispute the exact same incorrect info on his report. I selected only Equifax for a report, but once I got there, they said they were unable to fulfill the request and that he would have to download a form and mail in the request. I know they


Another way I know they are trying to make it difficult : When I did manage to file the ONE dispute with Equifax , they provided - characters for comments about the dispute. First off - characters is way too few and they DID N'T ALLOW SPACES! When I tried to hit submit I had an error message that said 'only use allowable characters -,? -. ' I edited my comment to ensure I only used those characters ; SAME ERROR MESSAGE three times. I finally tried removing all spaces from the comment, but I ca n't imagine lots of people would be so determined. They WANT US TO FAIL! In no way did the error message advise me not to use the space bar when typing my comment, but it tripped an error anyway. Only when I removed all spaces would the disputed claim be allowed. It 's not about the money- I could go through the trouble of signing up and then cancelling a subscription service, but it 's the ABUSE of POWER that burns me up!!
