I have been working for more than a year with Chase Mortgage company -/-/- trying to get an assumption modification on my our family home and deceased mothers home.Month after month. Getting paper work after paper work, notaries, lawyers, signatures. Only to be told in -/-/- Chase, - denied me the opportunity after almost a year, because its not my primary residence. And refused to make a reasonable affordable payment arrangement to catch up the note. Instead demanding $5000.00 plus to reinstate the loan.. During the modification process I was told not to make payments, that they would make arrangements with me to catch up the payments.They refuse to accept any monies from me and they made unreasonable requested amounts. That I could not afford. Now -/-/- they have sent me letters stating to accelerate the loan/ foreclose if I do not bring the loan current $11000.00 approximately. And they have transferred my loan to -. Please help me save my home. Cant ' some one make payment arrangements with me without the run around.
