On - 2005, I signed the mortgage on a property that my wife was purchasing. I did not signed the note. The property was further awarded to my former wife at divorce. I have requested the servicing agent OCWEN to delete this account from my credit report. Ocwen has denied my claim. I have requested copy of the original NOTE, OCWEN has not provide, they has stated that they do not have it. I have exhausted my efforts to get this matter corrected, unfortunately, Ocwen does not want to correct this inaccurate reporting.
