Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Georgia

I tried to order my - credit reports through - on - -, -. I was able to get my - report right away. I could not get my Equifax report because I may have answered a loan/credit card question wrong that had occurred in - ; this cut me off from getting both my Equifax and - reports. That evening I called - to see if I could get my reports through their automated system. The system said that my order was complete for my - free credit reports and that it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. In the middle of the third week I tried to call them to see what the delay was and to see if they were EVEN on the way. I 've been over their site, over the - credit reporting agencies and there is no way to talk to someone about


I finally talked to someone here at the CFPB to see if she could find any contact info so that I could talk to a live human. The only thing she finally found after 10-15 minutes was a number for Equifax. I finally talked to a human and she would not allow me to get my reports and told me to write a letter ; what good is that going to do when I have tried on-line and by phone. Here it is now, 4 weeks since ordering my reports by phone and they are still not here and there is no human for me to discuss this with. I even tried an old phone book of mine that had the - credit reporting agency 's numbers. Equifax rang and then went dead and - number tells you to go online ; still ... .no human contact to solve this matter. I have a letter of Full Faith and Credit from the Secretary of State- - - , but ca n't even get my own credit report!
