American Express sent me a copy of another person 's driver 's license complete with their name, address, date of birth, signature and license number. When I called them to tell them they tried to tell me that I was mailed a scam letter and it was not from them. It was clearly from them since I accessed it directly through their " secure '' site. I called multiple times to resolve this issue and they hung up on me or put me on hold and never came back. I cancelled my card to hopefully protect my identity however I am not sure where / who has my personal information. They would not offer any assistance to solve the remaining balance.
