i was offered a free night with the intercontinental hotels program, i stayed at the hotel on the - of - 2016 for - night. i was assured and promised that by the end of my stay i would only be charged - night, then i was charged for - nights. i have talked to all the representatives at the - rewards program and with the accountant of the hotel and was assured it will be fixed. it was not fixed so i had to dispute the charge with Chase credit card, and they did not help me the consumer and credit card owner. so i canceled the credit card with out paying the disputed amount.
