Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Florida

Dear Sir/Madam, I have requested my annual report online like I do every year. Equifax tells me I am denied my free report and has asked me to MAIL them a copy of my social security card, my - and my driver 's license copy. I am 100 % confident that I have answered all my verification questions with care and correctly! It seems like they are looking for the smallest reason to deny reports to consumers. I have contacted an agent who only gave further attitude and threatened to cut communications. I have an email saying my report is ready and I have an order number form Equifax. I successfully logged in to my account but all I see is buy now buttons! Nothing is free! Equifax is not letting me see my free annual report that was granted to every US citizen by federal law ( s ). I am writing to let you know that Equifax is being very aggressive and using everything not to let me see my free report. All they do is solicit me for selling their products! They are using my email to get me to log in to buy products from them! They are not giving me my free annual credit report! Thank you for your help and taking time to look into this issue.
