Bank of America Credit Card Complaint

Bank of America Credit card department,

Bank of America notified me they were closing down my credit and checking accounts due to a " business decision. '' No other reason was given.They closed the accounts down with available reward points remaining. I currently have - points ( equivalent of $220.00 ) that is still currently listed as available. I was advised that the points are available but I can not redeem them because the account is closed. BOA essentially stole my reward points, still lists them as " available '' but not able to redeem because account is not open.
