Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Oregon

Bank of America changed my mailing address on the account based on receipt of forwarding information from the Post Office. I did not submit a change of address to the post office and I did ntot relocate my Bankcard statement was mailed to another persons address. this is a violation of my financial privacy and -. Bank of America should not be acting upon forwarding information to change addresses as it can compromise accounts, create identity theft and violates federal laws
