Incorrect information on credit report account status

Incorrect information on credit report Account status Ohio
This account was my - - that was financed and I paid if off in full - 2016 they will not take it off they keep telling me that the information is accurate. It was paid along with court cost. It was a judgment so they updated the judgement as satisfied but not the original account. Also, it was a joint account and it was taken off my wife 's account.I want this deleted.
