Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Settlement process and costs
Wells Fargo & Company Mortgage department,
Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Settlement process and costs California
I applied for a refinance of my - - Mortgage with Wells Fargo Mortgage. They insisted on holding over $4000.00 in escrow to pay taxes current on the property even though they had evidence from - - that - - had paid the taxes from escrowed funds taken each month in the payment. They said they would hold the $4000.00 until they had official confirmation of the payment of taxes from the county and adjusted the Closing Statement to reflect that they would not be sending the Taxes to the County for payment. Then, Contrary to what is in the Closing Statement, they sent the payment to the County and now they are attempting to get it back. The mortgage closed on - - and I still do n't have my $ -+ back.
