I made a wireless transaction through my checking account ( TD Bank ) on - - 2016. The money was not transferred to the recipient, it is 2 months since. There was an error in the account number but the bank name, branch, address and name were correct. TD bank has not been able to return the money back to my ( sender account ) or provide a resolution in a timely fashion. TD bank did not pursue this matter, and the only time they get in touch with me ( customer & initiator of wireless transaction ) is when I call or see them at the bank.
