I had a - mortgage loan from GMAC that was bought over by OCWEN. OCWEN now claims that during the transition ... .I owe them one months payment because the GMAC payment was never reflected to their account. I have bank statements to prove I 've never missed a payment. They ( OCWEN ) have been constantly calling me 3 times a day ... .-, -, and - for the last 3 months. They ( OCWEN ) have an accounting problem with GMAC and not me.
