Citibank Credit card department,
On - -, 2016 I request a - balance transfer to my checking acct. After not having received the transfer a week later, I contacted Citi to find out that a check had been mail instead. I received the check - -, 2016 and deposited the into my B of A checking acct, it cleared the following day. On - -, 2016 Citi did a charge back on my account, took the - back, which spiraled my bk account into a negative balance. After contacting customer service and the exec office of consumer complaints, I 've been told that a stop payment was placed on the check, but no one has answers as to why, and I 've been told that they will not have any answers until they review the customer service calls on - -, 2016. Meanwhile, my account is in a negative and B of A continues to charge nsf fees on unpaid negative balances.
