I had a - - - card. I had it configured to pay the full balance every month by automatically withdrawing payment from my checking account. - discontinued the - card. Without notifying me, they transferred my remaining balance to a new - -, which I did not want and did not activate. They did not transfer over the autopay settings. I received no written or electronic correspondence that my balance had been transferred, or that any payment was due, until I received a letter today ( - - ) notifying me of a past due payment ( which affects my credit score ) and a late fee of $35.00. This is a fraudulent late charge and should be removed immediately. I called customer support but was never able to connect with a human being to request that they take action.
