I have been denied for fraudulent charges on my Bank of America credit card. My wife and I share an account and have - credit cards. During the month of -, while we were both in -, our home state, someone purchase - things in -. The charges are for $2400.00 and $240.00. When I contacted Bank of America initially they refunded me and then in - the charges were reversed and validated on my account. Upon speaking to them, I offered proof that my wife and I were in fact in - and working during the whole month of -. The only response I received was that it was possible for companies to charge for purchased goods weeks later.
