I refinanced my auto loan. On - - I overnighted a check to SNAAC. On - - I called to verify they received the payment for the full loan amount and to make sure they would not pull funds from my account. I was told that no payments would be taken because they did receive the check. In fact, I was informed that I had a - dollar credit that would be sent to be my mail. I was lied to. my full regular loan payment was withdrawn on -/-/- despite being told that would not happen. Luckily I had the funds in my account, but with it being SATURDAY I am left with little to take care of my family this weekend. I called my bank but the process on their end takes up to 45 calendar days. I am really disgusted that a company can do this to people. I was given a blatent lie, and I feel like they told me what I needed to hear to get me to go away.
