NetSpend Corporation, a TSYS Company Prepaid card department,

All of a sudden I started to receive texts about an account that I did not open. It is in INCREDIBLY hard to speak to a representative without providing your card number or SSN. When I finally did get to speak with someone they simply said to reply " stop '' to the text messages but did not spend time to look for the account to ensure that it was not open fraudulently. Shortly after, I began to get transaction information of the purchases being made. These transactions are happening in -, CA. I do not live in -, however, my phone number area code is from that area.
