JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I applied for a Chase Sapphire preferred card around -/-/- at the - - - - branch office in -, Florida. I was told I would receive my card within 2 - 3 days. After a week I called Chase credit card and I was told my credit application has been rejected. The reason provided was too many inquiries although I had only - inquiries including this application. I wrote to the branch manager on - - but did n't receive any response. On - -, I received a solicitation from Chase although nothing has changed in my situation. I am thinking there was arbitrary action by Chase when it rejected my application.
