This was an auto lease for business. The auto was brand new and started having mechanical issues right from the start. I had to take the car in - times within a - month time period due to the electrical and mechanical issues. I had communications with both BMW finance and - -. This auto was a lemon and should fall under the lemon law. I will be obtaining an attorney if needed because this should not be reported as a charge off or involuntary repossession nor should it have any type of balance. I have included all correspondence via email and proof of the number of times that car was serviced.
