Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Maine

I am being asked security questions so that the credit reporting companies can verify my identity and none of the questions pertain to me! For example, - question asked me to verify a prior telephone number, none of the choices were ever my number, - question asks about a mortgage taken out in 2010 and what finance company I used, I did n't take out any mortgages in 2010 so my answer was none, another question asked what - I formerly lived in, I did not live in any of choices given, my answer was none, so they could not verify it was me! I do n't know what to do, can you help?
