I made a payment to the loan service, ACS, but it was not applied to my account and they reported a delinquent payment to the credit agencies. Now my credit is almost below -. I have had issues with this loan servicer for over 4 years. Their website does not work, and so I made a payment over the phone but it looks like the payment not applied correctly.
